Mr. Zachary Hoffman
Mr. Zachary Hoffman was raised in the suburbs of San Francisco. After High School, he went across the country to Virginia Tech where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Communications.
After completion of his education, Zachary moved to Los Angeles where he began his career with Wells Fargo Financial. After some time, he made a change to become a mortgage broker. He found that working as a mortgage broker gave him more opportunity to use financial tools and deliver products better suited to his clients.
Mr. Hoffman was recruited by Pinnacle Bancorp in March of 2003 to work as the in-house lender to three offices of Sotheby's International Realty. He has remained with Pinnacle Bancorp since that time and has continued to assist with the firm's growth and sterling reputation. He assisted the opening of a San Francisco office and has implemented systems that have been adopted by the company to improve efficiency, communication, service, and the delivery of low rate loans to the clients.
Mr. Hoffman is involved in several charitable, political, and networking organizations, serving on committees that range from young leadership to international outreach.

Pinnacle Bancorp was founded in 2002 by James Elliott, an individual with 25 years experience in the mortgage industry. The owner signed every email and letter with four words he believed to be of the upmost importance in delivering financial services: knowledge, experience, integrity, and performance.
Pinnacle Bancorp grew by mentoring the newest members and giving them the knowledge and foundation to succeed. The company now has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Park City, Utah. Mr. Elliott has a strong commitment to the client experience and has sought out the very best in operations staff.
The individuals who monitor the daily activities of the loans are second to none and offer nearly 20 years combined experience. Along with monitoring benchmarks and milestones, they are given the authority to directly communicate with the clients to ensure the easiest process for all involved.
