guidelines is completed to ensure that what has been promised can, and will be

Internal deadlines and milestones are tracked, monitored, and controlled by computers and then double checked by individuals to ensure a proper closing. The client is updated through a series of pre-written emails that are controlled by the events that occur during the loan process to keep the borrower informed and educated.
